The Beach Boys - Wouldn't It Be Nice
20 plays

musiquediscreet:

The Beach Boys were a massively popular surf rock and pop band. Little could be said here that hasn’t already been said a million times and better. On their most critically acclaimed album, Pet Sounds (1966), The Beach Boys under Brian Wilson helped solidify baroque pop as a genre and laid the foundations for countless chamber pop bands. Essential in every way, and a good entry point into baroque pop.

Other notable Beach Boys releases include All Summer Long (1964), Summer Days (1965), Smiley Smile (1967 or The Smile Sessions [2011]), and Sunflower (1970).
